Products that are defective or damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. Open or used items are not accepted, such as perfumes and colognes, lotions, body oils, etc.

Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Domestic orders are shipped within 3-5 business days by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, DHL or UPS with tracking number notifications.

Leather products from Tuscany Leather are shipped from Italy. Products that are international and have to ship individually will have an up-charge. Shipping fees are visible at check out. Please also notice that local taxes and import duties are not included, they will be requested upon arrival.

All Tuscany Leather products are Made in Italy, with 100% Italian leather and provided with a 24-month warranty guaranteed by the manufacturer.

Each item is crafted and undergoes to careful quality controls. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as color light variations are naturally related to tanning: this is not a fault but a value.
